To report a bug and/or ask for help
We have a Support Chat available inside the app.To access it, follow these steps:
Open the Opal App
Tap on your Opal "Settings"Β (accessible from the top right corner of your "Profile" tab)
Tap on "Support Chat"
Input your question(s)
Please note that you will chat with our Chatbot, which can answer most common questions on how to use Opal, payments and subscriptions, and more. However, if you need additional assistance, you can email Opal Support. Here's how:
