How to contact Opal

We love hearing from our community! There are multiple ways to get in contact with us, depending on what you need to say.

To report a bug and/or ask for help

We have a Support Chat available inside the app. To access it, follow these steps:

  • Open the Opal App
  • Tap on your Opal "Settings"Β (accessible from the top right corner of your "Profile" tab)
  • Tap on "Support Chat"
  • Input your question(s)

Please note that you will chat with our Chatbot, which can answer most common questions on how to use Opal, payments and subscriptions, and more. However, if you need additional assistance, you can email Opal Support. Here's how:

  • Within the Support chat, tap the Mail icon (accessible in the top right corner)
  • You will have three options: "Report a bug", "Suggest an improvement", or "Ask a Question"
  • Select your subject, then type in your inquiry

We strive to answer within two business days. To aid our Support team, please include as much information as possible, including:

  • A screen recording of the problem you’re facing (here’s how to do that)
  • Screenshots
  • A precise description of the issue
  • Information about your subscription, including the exact email address and phone number (including the international dialing code) that you signed up with

We will get back to you as soon as possible, and appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Got a feature you’d love to see in Opal? You may directly contact Support to request features or improvements using the instructions listed above. We'd also love if you would head to our Community forums to share any ideas you have, as well as upvote existing ideas from the community. There's lots to do on our Forums, including:
